2. Free Plan

Our free plan allows you to try MailClock at no cost. We encourage all users to start with the free plan to ensure our service meets their needs before upgrading to a paid subscription.

3. Paid Subscriptions

3.1 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to:

  • First-time subscribers to any paid plan
  • Users upgrading from the free plan for the first time

3.2 Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You forgot to cancel before the renewal date and haven't used the service since renewal
  • You experience significant technical issues that we cannot resolve
  • There are billing errors or duplicate charges

3.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions come with a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day guarantee period, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period.

4. What Is Not Refundable

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partial months of service
  • Unused portions of your subscription after the 14-day period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period

  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Include your order or invoice number if available

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund approval
  • You may continue using the service until the refund is processed

7. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan
  • Your timers and data will be preserved
  • No further charges will be made
