By accessing and using MailClock ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

MailClock is operated by Storverk Global AB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Service provides email countdown timer generation and related features.

2. Description of Service

MailClock provides tools for creating and embedding countdown timers in email campaigns. The Service includes:

• Visual timer editor and customization tools
• Dynamic GIF-based countdown timer generation
• Timezone-aware timer rendering
• Timer hosting and delivery via CDN
• Usage analytics and dashboard access

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

MailClock offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Usage limits as defined by your plan tier

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
• Scrape, copy, or monitor content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Storverk Global AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the countdown timers you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver your timers as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service with 99.9% uptime for paid plans. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Suspend accounts for violations of these terms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storverk Global AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
